Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation and Cancellation Policy
• If the guest does not arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time and does not contact the hotel by phone to inform of the change or postponement, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

2. Arrival and Late Arrival Policy
• If you are late, the hotel will adjust the service time according to the situation and charge only for the actual service time and items completed.

3. Payment and Receipt
• The hotel accepts cash, credit cards and designated electronic payment methods.
• Customers who need insurance reimbursement, please indicate this at checkout and we will provide a qualified receipt (RMT/acupuncture/osteopathy and other professional items).
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be subject to taxes.

4. Refund Policy
• No refunds will be given for completed services.
• Prepaid courses or gift certificates:
• Some items are not transferable and all items are not redeemable for cash.
• If you need to stop using the product for medical reasons, please provide a doctor's certificate and we will assess the remaining value and refund it.

5. Health and Safety
• Please be sure to inform the hospital honestly about your health condition, allergy history and ongoing medical treatment before your first treatment.
• The hotel will not be held responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from failure to provide accurate information.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service due to health concerns.

6. Personal Privacy
• We value your personal information and comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
• Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability
• The services provided by this hotel are for general health care and stress relief purposes only and cannot replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Customers should confirm whether their health condition is suitable for the relevant services.
• The museum and its staff are not responsible for any damages not caused by gross negligence or intentional behavior.

8. Modification of Terms
• The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and will update the official website or in-store announcement.
• The revised terms will take effect from the date of announcement. Please review them before each reservation.
