Refund Policy
To protect the interests of both our customers and the museum, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Completed Services
• No refunds will be given once the service is completed.

2. Issued package and insurance receipt
• No refunds will be given for purchased or used packages and insurance receipts.

3. Reservation deposit and paid fees
• In case of cancellation or no-show due to personal reasons, the reservation deposit or service fee paid will not be refunded.
• If the museum is unable to provide the service due to reasons related to the museum (such as emergencies, technicians’ absence due to force majeure), you can choose to reschedule or get a full refund of the relevant fees.

4. Prepaid packages, courses or gift certificates
• Prepaid packages, courses or gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Some items can be transferred to others for use. Please refer to the relevant regulations of the package at the time of purchase for details.
• If you need to stop using the course for medical reasons, please provide a doctor’s certificate and we will refund you based on the remaining course value (the discount you have enjoyed will be adjusted according to the actual usage ratio).

5. Special Circumstances
• In the event of sudden illness or emergency, the hotel will process a refund or rescheduling at its discretion if the customer can provide reasonable proof.
