• Physical environment: The design of the museum’s entrance and main circulation routes takes into account the needs of users of wheelchairs and mobility assistive devices and provides necessary assistance.
• Service Assistance: Our staff is trained to assist guests who may have needs, including those with limited mobility, hearing or vision.
• Communication methods: We will provide alternative communication methods (such as written, email or other appropriate formats) based on customer needs.
• Assistance Animals and Companions: Assistance animals and companions are allowed into the museum to assist customers in completing the service process.
